What is Jumbl?

Jumbl is a free word puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. Every letter on the board is secretly swapped for another. Tap two letters to swap them, spot the patterns and decode every hidden word before your swaps run out. The puzzles get harder as you go and there are endless levels to play.

How to play Jumbl

  1. The board has ten rows. Each row hides one word, or two shorter words, written in a letter code.
  2. Tap any two letters to swap them. The swap applies everywhere those letters appear on the board.
  3. Use word patterns and common letters to work out what each letter really is.
  4. Decode every word before you run out of swaps to clear the level.
  5. Choose Classic to restore the original words, or Genius to build any valid words the code allows.
